The burger was very plane . The only flavour was from the pickles I added . Fries were cold and over spicy . Also ended up paying 1740 despite discount .

It's have been more than one hour and I haven't received my orders. Rider called me 30 min ago saying he will be outside within 15 min and he didn't come yet. I have received a message from Smash saying order has been delivered when that's not the case. I'm still waiting

Excellent burgers, timely delivery, but not very particular about instructions related to order (no cheese/onion). Had to ask for replacement of burger as they ignored/forgot the special instructions. Helpline committed asap replacement and phone call by manager of cantt branch. Manager was not in the mood to offer replacement. But, replacement was done and the new burger was without cheese but had onions which were easy to remove.
